Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a pentest engagement take?
Depending on the scope, a standard penetration test takes 1–2 weeks. Red Team engagements can extend to 2–4 weeks or more. After the technical phase, reporting requires 3–5 business days.
How do I report an active cyber incident?
Email us immediately at cert@ubt-uni.net with the subject [INCIDENT], or call +381 38 541 400. Response time: under 2 hours.
Does UBT CERT offer services to organizations outside Kosovo?
Yes. UBT CERT also offers services to organizations from the region and beyond. We have experience with clients from Albania, North Macedonia, and other Western Balkan countries.
